  • March 2026 - New From Your Board
    We hope this finds you well. In an effort to keep you up to date on happenings affecting your Corolla home, your board reports these items of interest.

    Although recent storms significantly reshaped several of your beach accesses, the Board has been working to restore them as quickly as possible. They are pleased to share that the Tasman Street access has been graded and is now open to all owners and guests. Their team is continuing efforts to ensure all remaining accesses are fully restored and ready for enjoyment by Memorial Day.

    Your Board would also like to keep you informed about the progress of the Mid‑Currituck Bridge project. Recent reports indicate that construction is not currently feasible without substantial additional funding. You can read more in this recent news article:

  • January 2026 - Ripple Fiber Optics
    You may soon see utility flags around the community. Ripple Fiber is getting ready to install its new fiberoptic lines and has requested that utility lines be marked. Weather permitting, marking could start as early as Monday, and once that’s done, installation will proceed quickly.
  • September 2024 - Notice of Voluntary Mediation

    Notice of Voluntary Mediation Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes, Section 7A-38.3F, The association is required to notify its members each year of their right to request voluntary mediation of any dispute with the association arising under the North Carolina Planned Community Act, the North Carolina Condominium Act, or under the association’s declaration, bylaws, or rules and regulations. The association shall publish the notice on the website. Either party can decline to engage in mediation for any reason. Disputes related solely to a member’s failure to timely pay an association assessment, or any fines or fees associated with the levying or collections of an association assessment are not covered by the mediation statute.
